We are so proud to announce that the following past Mavericks players, coaches & physio will return to represent at our inaugural All Stars Match versus Knights Mens Netball on Saturday 21st March.

This match will take place at The University of Essex Arena at 3.00pm which follows our NPL Under 19s match versus Surrey Storm at 1.00pm and our VNSL match at 5.00pm also playing Surrey Storm.

We have our first ever Captain - #1 Naomi Stenhouse (nee Siddall) & Head Coach - Maggie Jackson MBE from the 2005 squad joining many other names from over the last 15 years.

When we contacted Knights Mens Netball to ask if they would like to be involved, Lewis Keeling - General Manager said: 

“We at Knights feel very privileged to have been invited to this inaugural match involving past Mavericks players and coaches. Mavericks have been so accepting of our club and we are so happy to be involved with the celebration of 15 years as Mavericks as a club. To add to this being able to put men’s netball on show prior to a full Superleague fixture is a great step forward for our version of the sport and one we hope to replicate wherever possible. A massive thank you to everyone at Mavericks for your early adoption and faith, we look forward to seeing you out on court!”
